Shipping Policy
-Continental USA shipping (3-5 days): $10.00
-Bike Shipping (U.S.): $140 Flat UPS GROUND
-Pick Up In Store: FREE
Note: Orders with items "IN-STOCK" usually ship one - two business days after being placed. Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
Most orders will be ready within one to two business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Orders must be picked up by the person who placed and paid for the order. ID matching order must be presented. Address under billing of order and ID must match.
Return & Exchange Policy
If there’s a problem (Incorrect item or damaged item) with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). USED ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED. Exchanges must be in the first 7 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original conditions, include all packaging and cannot be used. No refund of exchanges on electronics, gift cards or special orders. No refunds or exchanges on clearance, sale or special items (including bikes, frames, etc). If customer pays with Paypal, and would like a refund (under return rules) , they are responsible for the fee Paypal removed from Cycling 101 Shop for the sale.
